This proprietary approach is coupled with advanced manufacturing techniques utilizing Lased Direct Imaging (LDI), YAG Laser Etching, Precision Stub Length Removal, and Fusion Bonding allowing for an excellent cost vs. performance vs. cycle time when compared to LTCC products.
